At Shri Yogeshwaram Ayurveda Sansthan, we aim to provide genuine, quality Ayurvedic and wellness products to our customers.

Because our products may include medicines, wellness products, oils, creams, powders, and other consumable or personal-use items, certain products may not be eligible for return once delivered or opened.

1. Return Eligibility

A return or replacement may be considered in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged product.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product received is defective or unusable.

  • The product is missing from your order.

  • The product received does not match the product ordered.

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Products That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene, safety, and product-quality reasons, opened, used, or partially used products generally cannot be returned.

Returns may also not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage.

  • Products without original packaging.

  • Products where the seal has been opened, where applicable.

  • Products purchased from sources other than our official website.

  • Products returned without prior approval from our customer support team.

  • Products where the return request is made after the applicable return period.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Customer name

  • Registered phone number

  • Photographs of the package

  • Photographs of the product

  • A clear description of the issue

We may request additional information, photographs, or an unboxing video to verify the issue.

After verification, we may provide a replacement or eligible refund, depending on the circumstances.

4. Refunds

If your refund is approved, the refund will generally be processed after the returned product or issue has been verified.

For prepaid orders, refunds will normally be made to the original payment method or through the applicable payment processor.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may request suitable bank account or UPI details to process an approved refund.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

5. Replacement

Where appropriate, we may replace a damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered product instead of issuing a refund.

Replacement availability will depend on product stock.

6. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing an order.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

For COD orders, repeated refusal or non-acceptance of orders may affect eligibility for future COD purchases.

7. Return Shipping

If the return is approved because we sent the wrong product or the product was damaged/defective before delivery, we will determine the appropriate return-shipping arrangement.

If a return is requested for reasons not covered under this policy, we may decline the return or require the customer to bear applicable shipping costs.

8. Delivery Refusal

Customers should not refuse delivery of an order that they have placed without first contacting our customer support team.

If an order is refused or remains undelivered because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, repeated delivery failure, or customer refusal, the order may be treated as a failed delivery rather than an approved return.

Any refund in such circumstances will be subject to the applicable shipping, handling, and payment-processing costs, where permitted by law.
